"C.F. Holidays" do not accept responsibility for any loss or additional expenses caused by delay or interruption to travel through weather conditions, civil disturbance, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or any circumstances amounting to force majeure; such losses or additional expenses are the responsibility of the holiday-maker.
Being a Christian based organisation, "C.F. Holidays" reserve the right to insist on Christian morals and principals being exercised throughout all holidays.
If you are forced to cancel your holiday, your deposit will be retained by "C.F. Holidays". For cancellations received 28 to 42 days prior to departure date there will be a cancellation charge of 30% of the total holiday cost. For cancellations received 7 to 27 days prior to departure date there will be a 50% cancellation charge of the total holiday cost. There will be a 100% charge if cancellation is received 0 to 6 days prior to departure or thereafter. (Under no circumstances will exceptions be made).
All deposits are non refundable (no exceptions) therefore Travel Insurance is advisable.
"C.F. Holidays" reserve the right to vary any holiday due to conditions beyond their control. Including changes in sailing or flight time, or advertised accommodation. (All holiday prices are subject to a surcharge, due to possible fuel increases or currency fluctuation).
Holiday Insurance is not provided by "C.F. Holidays" therefore it is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain personal holiday insurance. Proof of this insurance may be requested by "C.F. Holidays" prior to any European travel.
"C.F. Holidays" unless due to their proven negligence do not accept liability for any damage or injury suffered of sustained by any person incurred during the holiday through the use of any vehicle or other equipment, premises etc. Nor do they accept responsibility or liability for loss of baggage, money or other property whatsoever.
